Thurs & Fri- 8am-12pm Saturday-8:30am-3:30pm PLEASE READ protocol and CANCELLATION POLICY Before Scheduling: 🖤- Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time, I will still be requiring hand washing before beginning of Service/Choosing Color. 🖤- Upon arrival PLEASE head straight to the back, No worries some seating is available next to manicure Station . If I’m Finishing/Setting up please grab a brush from clean brush container located behind nail station, once hand washing is completed you can take gel swatches or choose regular polish of choice. I’ll let you know then if I’m ready or if a few more minutes are needed. Please have a seat at hair drying station. (Arriving right at appointment time or after takes away time needed to complete service and makes me run late all day. This has become a big issue,so please be on time. Hand washing and choosing color takes time, more time is lost if restroom/drink,snacks/etc is needed after appointment time has started. Please use restroom, get drinks/snacks before start of appointment. 🖤- Make sure you are selecting correct service and ADD ON services when scheduling to ensure enough time. 🖤- Please take inconsideration Parking, Lunch time, weekends, specially on holidays or special events happening downtown. Visitor parking is on the 5th floor if no ground level spots are available. (Appt is cancelled & Charged once passed) 🖤- Please CONFIRM your appointments, appointments on the schedule that remain Unconfirmed will be cancelled and considered NoShow/Last minute cancellation. 🖤- Automated Text/Emails go out 48+Hrs before appointments. 🖤- I will no longer be holding appointments until I hear back if I text you with available times. Please use booking site or waitlist first. If you’re on the waitlist and I text to let you know a spot opened up and don’t hear back I will be removing appointments from the waitlist and will text next client on waitlist. 🖤- CREDIT CARD Payments have a 3.5% convenience fee. Apple cash, Zelle ,or Cash preferred (I do not carry change). 🖤- Deposit required for services is nonrefundable/nontransferable (if required to schedule) Text Only, please do not email. Cancellation Policy

🖤- Client is RESPONSIBLE for Canceling appointments before 48hr window to avoid cancellation fees. Please use booking system to Cancel appointments. If I’m not available to cancel your appointment during my business hours POLICY still applies. 🖤- 48+ hrs Notice Required to Cancel/ Reschedule/ Keep deposit 🖤- No Call/ No Show/ Last minute Cancellations/ -48hrs notice will be Charged 100% of service amount (Fees must be taken care of before rescheduling) 🖤- Appointments will be considered NoShow/Last minute cancellation after 5 Minutes. (Appt is cancelled & Charged once passed) 🖤- Please CONFIRM appointments via automated texts to avoid Cancellation and fees. Appointments that remain unconfirmed will be Cancelled & Charged. 🖤- Please make sure you are scheduling correct services and add ons. If unsure, description is available by clicking the circled i located on the top right corner. 🖤- PREBOOKS 🖤- 3+ weeks notice needed for more than 2 Prebooked appointments. Any changes please let me know as soon as possible, will make changes once. I will let you know if not possible, Mostly prebooked on Saturdays up to 4+months out, If multiple changes or cancellations/Reschedules are requested I will no longer be able to prebook you for more than 1-2months out and possible deposit requested. (It takes time to prebook/arrange 5-6+ months of services) I understand things happen and will always try to make it work but please be understanding. Fridays and specially Saturdays are my busiest days and booked back to back and can’t always get back to same day texts. Please use booking site first, any questions please text me do not email. For some reason client emails get sent to the junk folder and I don’t check that folder often or at all. Please allow 24-48hrs for a reply Monday-Friday, Will try Saturdays, Sundays off.
